The blades are precision ground and hand-honed using high-carbon stainless steel for perfect edge retention. The handles are shaped to fit perfectly in the hand, the contours making it virtually impossible for the knife to accidentally slip.
Set includes:
8cm Vegetable Knife; A short, agile blade with a sharp point for removing blemishes
10cm Cook's Knife; Versatile knife to cut, slice & trim meat, vegetables & even sandwiches
23cm Carving Knife; Thinly ground with a little flexibility, this knife will glide through cooked & raw meats with ease
23cm Bread Knife; Broad, saw-like scallops zip through crusty bread, reducing the amount of pressure required thus reducing the chance of crushing the soft centre. Also ideal for carving roast pork & beef
14cm Chef's Knife; Deep heel protects the knuckles for chopping, rocking & dicing. A curved blade facilitates a rocking motion while chopping herbs or nuts.
